1. About PurrLavator

PurrLavator is an electric litter box lift designed to raise a litter box to a more comfortable standing height for cleaning and maintenance.

The product is intended to reduce the need for users to repeatedly bend, crouch, kneel, or stoop while caring for their cat's litter box.

References in these Terms to “PurrLavator,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to PurrLavator and its applicable owners, affiliates, and operating entities.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Use

• Operate the product if it appears damaged, unstable, malfunctioning, or otherwise unsafe.

• Use the product in a manner inconsistent with its instructions or intended purpose.

Always inspect the product and surrounding area before operation.

4. Pet and Household Safety

PurrLavator is designed with pet and household safety in mind; however, pet behavior is inherently unpredictable.

Users are responsible for supervising pets around the product and following all operating and safety instructions.

Before raising or lowering the litter box, make sure the surrounding area is clear and that no person, pet, tail, paw, clothing, furniture, or other object could become caught in or interfere with the moving components.

Do not intentionally operate the lifting mechanism while a cat or other animal is inside or on top of the litter box unless the product's official operating instructions expressly state that doing so is permitted.

Children should not operate or play with PurrLavator.

If the product behaves unexpectedly, makes unusual noises, becomes unstable, displays visible damage, or appears to have a malfunctioning sensor or safety mechanism, discontinue use immediately.

5. Health and Mobility Information

PurrLavator is designed to make routine litter box maintenance more comfortable by reducing the need for bending and kneeling.
